Angela Slawinski

My name is Angela Slawinski. I have been a licensed Texas Realtor, serving the DFW Metroplex since 2018, and attended Champions School of Real Estate in 2017. Initially I arrived in the Real Estate world in the late 1990s with several years of experience working as a Closing Coordinator for a new home builder, closing approximately 200 homes per month. In addition to managing large volume transactions in the new home building industry, I have leased, purchased, sold and/or remodeled several personal homes and acreage properties in different cities and states. Interior design and staging of homes is one of my true loves and I have decorated many interiors for myself, family and friends. Landscaping is another aspect of real estate I truly enjoy as I’ve designed several landscapes for our personal homes and also a family member’s home over the last 30 years. I studied Communications at the University of Houston and I also have a Certification in Paralegal Studies from Boston University. In addition to holding an active Real Estate License, I am also a Texas Mobile Notary and a Certified Loan Signing Agent and have served in this capacity, collectively for approximately 20 years. I also have with experience in the Oil & Gas Industry as well as Education with Lamar Consolidated ISD and Rockwall ISD. One of my most exciting and challenging experiences is being a mother and step-mother to 4 children! Our 3 oldest children are grown and the youngest is in high school. I am a resident of Rockwall, Texas - and just a little back history, my family ancestors established themselves in Rowlett, Texas in the late 1800s so my ties to Dallas County - Rowlett, Rockwall and surrounding areas, go back for over a century. I love fashion, designing beaded jewelry, gardening, decorating, swimming and spending time with my family and friends. I serve my clients with honesty, integrity, consistent communication along with excellent negotiation skills - I value my clients as if they are family.
