I have been licensed since 1995 and full time since 2001. As a top producing Realtor, she has helped thousands of buyers and sellers. I've sold homes in both strong markets and the market that bottomed out in the mid 2000's due to predatory lending, which changed the way buyers now obtain financing. I enjoy the challenge of helping clients reach their goals and I'm fulfilled when the transaction is complete and the client is happy. I've dealt with various challenges over the years and have overcome each with grace while making sure the client is always aware of the steps of the process along the way. I'm keenly aware of the importance of keeping the client informed every step of the way and always being available to explain and answer questions. I proudly uphold my Fiduciary Duty of Care, Obedience, Loyalty, Confidentiality, Accounting and Disclosure and will be happy to explain each of these duties with the Client prior to entering into a buyer or seller agreement. To sum it up, I continuously strive to be the best agent for my clients and understand what it takes to keep my clients happy. My dad always said "work for your client like it's your home being bought or sold, treat the client the way you would want to be treated and success will follow." I'm a born again Christian and love attending church. I have 3 dogs that are the light of my life, I'm a huge football fan and love Sunday games. In the summer time I love going out on my boat.
