John Marlin

John began his career in 2014 as a full-time musician, playing guitar for many country artists including Granger Smith, Pat Green, Chris Lane, Bart Crow, and more. While he wasn’t living on a tour bus, John developed a passion for real estate investing, and began learning the tools of the trade. How to buy and sell, remodel, and understand the nature of the complex real estate market. He had caught the bug… After years of pursing real estate as a side-hustle, John eventually dove into the industry full-time after getting his license in 2023, with the desire to help others achieve home ownership and also recognize the wealth building power of real estate. John was raised in Ennis, TX, and now lives in Waxahachie with his growing family. He enjoys playing music locally, playing tennis with his 9 year old son, and helping serve his DFW community!
