36 years ago I immigrated to the US from Germany, my education was in electrical engineering. 2012 I got a real estate license in Las Vegas, Nevada. My specialty was short sales, and I did many of them. My Nevada real estate license is still valid today. 2023 I decided to get the Texas real estate licence as I purchased, sold, and built houses on my own the last 5 years here in Texas. After a not-so-good experience with a brokerage where I had my license first, I changed to Pinnacle and I am quite happy at that point.
