Mason is a licensed real estate agent in California, boasting a wide range of experience in commercial, resale real estate, and new construction. His professional journey includes significant contributions to business development in the PropTech industry, with a primary focus on establishing strategic partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and iBuyers. Additionally, he has an impressive track record of service industry roles as a trainer and manager. In his daily responsibilities, you'll frequently find Mason deeply engaged in cross-collaboration with our Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Tech, and Brokerage teams to elevate the experience of our real estate agents at Pinnacle. Mason and his team dedicate tireless efforts to working closely with agents in a consultative capacity, passionately educating them about the endless opportunities available to take ownership and grow their businesses. His enthusiasm for empowering real estate agents is nothing short of an obsession, as he believes that their success is intricately tied to the success of the company.
