How long does it take to activate my license?

Depends on your state and license status, but we always try to make it happen as quickly as humanly possible to get you activated.

How do I get paid my commissions?

1-2 weeks prior to closing you will fill out our Commission Disbursement Agreement (“CDA”). Once the CDA has been filled out and submitted, along with a copy of the executed contract, we review the documents and sign the CDA authorizing you to be paid upon closing, directly from title.

How long do I have to commit to your brokerage platform?

We ask for a one-year commitment on all of our membership plans for our agents.

Is office space provided?

No, you determine your physical office address as our entire company is cloud-based! Agents may choose to open their own offices or work from home. We want you to choose what’s best for you!

Do you provide E&O Insurance for your real estate agents?

We provide E&O insurance for all of our real estate agents. We are happy to provide details on coverage and limits if you wish to see it and learn more!

Do you offer training and guidance for newer real estate agents?

Yes, each agent is paired with an Agent Success Manager whose sole purpose is to ensure you have the tools, resources and knowledge to succeed in your real estate career. Our brokers are also available to coach agents on contracts through “real-life scenarios”, and we also hold on-going training sessions for our agents to continue learning new skills and meet other agents at the company!

Do you offer DBA or White Label brokerage options?

A DBA (doing business as) is a way for an agent to create their own brand without having to create their own brokerage. This is different from a team or group name because your brand does not need to end with team or group, nor do you need to have any Pinnacle branding affiliated with your DBA brand. This is how our “white label sponsorship” works! Please contact us to learn more as this is only available in certain markets.

Does Pinnacle Realty Advisors provide leads as a part of the brokerage platform?

Yes, we provide leads through various lead generation systems such as OpCity, direct website inquiries, and other lead generation platforms.

How do I access my broker for questions and assistance?

We pride ourselves on service and support, and we like to say that we are “the fastest team in real estate”. Our entire company is on a messaging platform called Slack, and you have around the clock access to our Broker Team for questions you need help answered via call, text, email, and Slack channels.

Do you have any ethical requirements for your brokerage platform?

We will not accept agents with negative licensing complaints or issues against them during the 12 months preceding the request for sponsorship. Additionally, we will not sponsor agents with unresolved or outstanding licensing complaints.
