Welcome to our Pricing tab! Here, you’ll find detailed information on membership fees, commission structures, and optional add-ons. All fees are designed to support your success as a real estate associate while ensuring compliance and access to essential tools.
Monthly Membership Fee
- Base Fee: $249 per month.
- Errors & Omissions Insurance: included in the base fee (some states may require additional coverage)
- Non-Refundable: All monthly fees are non-refundable.
- Payment Requirements: Submit a Credit Card Authorization Form upon agreement. Declined payments incur a $25 administrative fee. Continued non-payment may lead to agreement termination.
- Term Commitment: 12-month (1-year) agreement from signing date. Auto-renews annually unless 60 days’ written notice is provided. Early termination requires payment of all remaining fees through the end of the term.
Commission Structure
- Associate Retention: Keep 100% of negotiated commissions (minus any applicable transaction fees for commercial deals), provided you remain in good standing.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Pay all dues to the REALTOR® board/association and Brokerage.
- Maintain an active license.
- Comply with all applicable laws, brokerage policies, rules, and agreement terms.
- Commission Disbursement:
- Submit a Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) at least 5 business days before closing for approval.
- Post-departure commissions: Subject to brokerage approval, a 5% administrative fee, and confirmation that work was completed while active.
- Referrals & Adjustments:
- Commissions reduced if brokerage pays a referral fee under a formal agreement.
- Brokerage may offset any losses or expenses caused by your actions from future commissions.
Commercial Transaction Fees
For all commercial transactions, the Brokerage shall retain a fee equal to five percent (5%) of the gross commission earned on the transaction and payable to the Brokerage at closing.
The Brokerage Fee shall be calculated prior to and without reduction for any rebates, credits, concessions, referral payments, or other adjustments offered or agreed to by the Associate. Any such rebates, credits, or reductions shall be the sole responsibility of the Associate and shall not reduce the Brokerage Fee owed.
The remaining balance, if any, shall be disbursed to the Associate pursuant to an approved Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA).
Additional Services & Subscriptions
Our standard membership includes essential tools, but optional add-ons are available at extra cost. Pricing varies—contact our Growth or Support Teams for the latest rates.
- Examples of Add-Ons:
- Joining multiple MLSs or secondary REALTOR® associations.
- Custom DBA or branch office setup.
- Adding licensed or unlicensed assistants and team members.
- Subscribing to optional tools or marketing resources beyond standard inclusions.
