2022 was a rollercoaster year in the real estate industry with inventory challenges, wild swings in interest rates, and a quickly evolving worldwide economy. On behalf of our entire team, I want to say “THANK YOU!” for being a part of our company. We appreciate all of you being here!

We welcome our brand new agents who have recently joined, and we appreciate everyone who has been here since the early days. We learn so much from all of you, and we love the feedback you all continue to provide. As we continue to grow, we will always seek your input and ideas as we all work together to make Pinnacle Realty Advisors the best it can possibly be for everyone at our company.

Venture capital funding and acquisition of Realthy.io

In October, we announced the closing of our seed funding round led by Launchpad Capital and the acquisition of technology firm, Realthy.io. We feel honored to be backed by some of the best venture capital firms in the world, and we are excited to use these funds to continue to expand our reach into new states, develop more tools and resources for our agents, and invest in great team members to join our staff to serve our agents more efficiently.

PinnacleHQ and BaaS model

We introduced the “Brokerage as a Service” concept to the industry with the mission of bringing transparent pricing to our agents.
